大家好,我是TikTok第*期 *组的助教***,目前在北京,有个TikTok的小团队,在跑英国TikTok直播;
在跟组员沟通中发现,很多小伙伴都有做直播的想法。而且很多学员目前跑的是美区账号,所以在这里,就先分享一下在美区直播的操作指南吧。
01 如何开通TikTok直播
1.开通TikTok直播的条件:
主播年龄满16周岁
用户的TIKTOK账号粉丝数≥1000即可自动开通直播权限
2.直播页面设置:
开播后卖家可以拍照按钮“take a photo”或者相册“select from library”选择照片设置直播封面,设置完成后输入直播主题即可。
(如图所示红色框内)
镜头翻转——点击右侧“flip”即可调整前后摄像头画面
美颜滤镜——点击右侧“Enhance”即可调整美颜和滤镜
视频特效——通过点击“Effects”来选择不同的视频特效
分享直播——通过点击“Share”可以分享直播间到社交媒体上
例如:Facebook、Whatsapp、TIK TOK好友等
直播设置——商家可以设置直播间的礼物显示、屏蔽词、管理员等操作

点击左上角图片里的“Change”修改直播封面
点击画面上方小铅笔“✏”修改直播主题
点击黄色+号位置修改话题广场
3.以上全部修改合适之后即可点击“GO LIVE”开始直播
02 直播流程及话术 (以珠宝配饰类为例)
1.开播后持续点按屏幕点赞,给每一位观众打招呼,营造热情的氛围:
-Hello guys, welcome to watch my/our live stream.
-Hello xxx, How are you? Where are you from? (提出问题、制造互动)
-Hello xxx, Did I pronounce your name right? Could you tell me how to pronounce your name?
-ello xxx, your name sounds really cool! And I can see your headsculpture, you’re really a beautiful girl/ a handsome boy! (输出彩虹屁,引起互动)
-an anybody tell me that Is the network going well? If it’s good, type 111 in comment. If it’s not. type 222. Okay? Thank you guys! (检查网络)
-f you like us! Could you guys give us some likes, please? The likes are free but it’s very important to us! You can click the screen continuously to give us some support! Appreciate that! Thank you very much! (引导点赞)
2. 当有观众在评论区跟主播打招呼之后,开始说开场白:
-Hi guys, I’m xxx, and this is xxx(自我介绍)
-We’re sharing some good Chinese style jewelry here. (直播的主要目的)
-Because we’re from China and living in xx right now.(突出独特性和可信性,引起观众兴趣)
-As you can see, here are lots of amazing stuff. (大概展示所有商品全貌)
-We have Earrings, Necklaces, bracelets, and lots of other things for all boys and girls. (举例商品类目)
-If you like any of them, we’ll try them for all of you guys.(询问观众喜好,引起互动兴趣)
-Don’t forget to follow us, just in case that you miss our live stream. Okay?(提示关注)
-nd also, if you like any of these cool stuff, you can go click the link on my bio, and you will directly enter our Shopify website.(独立站引流)
-You’ll see the detail pictures of these amazing jewelry. (进入独立站的目的)
-And next, let me introduce them one by one, ok? (告知观众接下来会挨个试戴)
3. 开始有顺序的进行商品展示
-The first one that I want to share with you is this one.
-It’s a very cute earring called xxx (凑近展示)
-he pattern on this earring is a xxx, which is mean “good luck” in Chinese culture. It has a very good meaning. And the color is xx, it’s very suitable to wear during the Spring Festival. The quality is so good. I bet if you wear it, you’ll become the most beautiful baby on the street.
(介绍商品细节和卖点)
-Let me try it for you, ok? (戴上展示)
-Wow, see? It’s so nice. It makes me looks so special.
-f you’re a boy. It’s also a very good gift for your girlfriend, sisters, and mother. If you’re a girl, you must have it right now. If you miss this one, you’ll lose a chance to become more beautiful.(告知观众必买的理由)
-f you like it, you can go to my account page and click the link on my bio. You can go check it out how it looks like in detail. (引流独立站)
-f you successfully place an order, remember to come back to tell us. So that we’ll package your parcel as soon as possible. (引导观众下单后回直播间评论)
-nd also, we’ll print out your name and your head sculpture to hang on behind us, to give you a big thanks and a big love! Because you’re supporting us to do this tough small business. (满足观众虚荣心和助人为乐的心理)
-Okay, next one… (重复以上步骤,循环挨个试戴)
4. 与评论互动
在进行商品展示的同时要时刻关注直播间评论区的留言,刚开始直播期间,每个跟主播互动的观众都很宝贵,需要关照观众的需求和情绪。
· 如果看到以下类型的评论,可以进行如此回复
-Are you Japanese/ Korean?
We are Chinese, dear! We live in xx. Nice to meet you!
-I love it! They are beautiful!
Thank you so much XXX. I’m glad that you like it!
-Can you try the XXX one?
No problem, dear. This one, right? I’ll try it for you right now.(随机互动环节)
Keep watching, honey. I’ll try it for you very soon. Stay here for a while. Okay?(顺序展示环节)
-What’s the price? / How much is it cost?
It’s not very expensive. The price is reasonable and affordable. The normal price is XXX, but today for our live stream is only XXX. We have a XX discount for you guys today.
-You guys are so pretty/ Beautiful girls
Thank you xxx! Thank you so much! Love you~
-These are so pretty. But I have no money.
It’s okay, dear. No worries. You can still stay here to chat with us. You can also be our friends,
-They are beautiful. But I’m a boy.

5. 其他小互动环节(穿插在样品展示循环之间进行,丰富直播内容)
才艺展示:唱歌、跳舞、点歌、手写观众的中文名
-Okay guys! Let’s take a rest! We wanna sing something/ dance for you!
-f you like our singing/ dance, remember to tap the screen to give us some likes, or send us some gifts please~ Thank you so much! (引导点赞和打赏)
-hat’s the name of you guys? We can write down your names in Chinese version! To show you how your Chinese names look like, okay? (增加互动留客)
-What songs do you guys like? We can play them for you~ (点歌环节不要轻易使用)
6. 副播话术(在主播说话间隙插空说,也可以伺机主动引导并提示主播)
-o to check our yellow shopping cart at the lower left corner! If you like any of the items, you can type the link number to the comment area! And xx
(主播名字) will try them for you guys, okay?
-Type like in the comment if you like it! Give us some supports, thank you~
-We have a big discount today for these ! Maybe tomorrow the price will raise up again! So catch the last chance!
03 直播注意事项:
1.直播时间:
稳定频率开播,美区建议开播时间为北京时间早上10点至下午4点期间,直播时长2小时起。
2.人员分工:
最好是两个女生搭档直播,英语好的主播进行直播产品讲解,粉丝互动;另一位颜值担当进行辅助展示,带动直播间现场气氛
3.直播违禁词:
· 禁止辱骂观众,禁止出现诸如“Fxxk, Shxt, axxhxxe, pxxsy”等侮辱性英语用词。
· 注意评论区出现的不友好评论, 不要理会,更不要念出来!
种族歧视:Chxxxse pig/Chxxxse pxxsy… / Ching chong / Chink / Chinaman
Do you eat dog?/Dog eater/ Ling Ling/ Jap / Gook/
!!!任何包括问到中国zf和d的问题都不要理会!要时刻注意言行
04 直播小Tips:
·每次直播要在开播前准备一些背景音乐播放,避免尴尬冷场
·每次直播前可以发一条高质量的短视频作为引流入口,有观众刷到短视频会有一定几率点开直播间。
